I think it's hilarious that you say this workout could be mistaken for a "woosy workout." Um. I'm still doing my half squats over a chair and have finally gotten the okey doke to do a half lungy kind of hip stretch thing. Lol No workout in my opinion that contains the very manly term "deadlifts" with the even more manly pre-fixes of "snatch grip" could ever be considered woosy.<BR/><BR/>Oh and that guy in the photo yesterday is huge.
