As I quietly creep up on the end of week one I remember now, how quickly time disapears right before your eyes, and I know that the next time I blink I will be looking at week twelve.
It kinda focusses your thinking on the NOW. Do the best we can NOW because NOW is now the PAST.
We only have a limited number of workouts, cardio sessions, meals...Don't let another day go past without being EXCELLENT in all that we do.
I had a great weight session today and have been eating well, I MUST be making progress...right.
