M2 | Week One | Day 5

Most effort expended for any training session in the last few weeks...felt really good to work hard.
My eating has been 100% and my water intake is perfect.
Cardio tomorrow

My Dear friend Joni, I'm so glad to hear from you. I downloaded your post onto my mobile, very interested to read your post and when I got to my computer it was deleted from the server and off my mobile so the link was gone. Very frustrating.
