M2 | Week Three | Day 1

Started the third week of my new routine. Very happy with the way it's going and will keep going with the fat loss part of it in different forms for about the next seven weeks before starting Hypertrophy. I believe I should be pretty lean by then and ready to start a size program...but we'll see.
Eating is going well am just a bit shy on water intake.
