NEW PROGRESS PICS
Have had a great weeks training and have adapted really well to my new training routine. Feel stronger and leaner and am hitting new personal bests with a lot of my lifts.
EXAMPLE - Incline dumbell bench press - 88lbs in each hand (40kgs) - 3 sets of 10
and this following supersets with deadlift which is fatiguing enough on it's own.
So am feeling brilliant.
