M2 | Week Three Day 2

Fantastic training session today following by Hiit cardio with a max of 14. Went at the whole thing pretty hard.

Eating good and am very happy with my progress.

I apologise for my posts being a bit thin and purely training oriented. I seem to have a lot less time to post this year than I did last year.

That will change as I get more organised and I will be able to visit all the shredder sites.

Fact is ...I AM still here and shredding.
