Week 3 Day 3
What's going on in my head?
Nothing ....not a thing. It's one of those days where I feel kind of ambivalent about pretty much everything. Sort of mellow with not a care in the world. Do I feel guilty about not writing something motivating with earth shattering importance. Not a jot. Sometimes you get days like this and actually it's quite cool to not have millions of thoughts running..no sprinting through what passes for my mind. Peace doesn't happen often in the frenetic pace of our lives and when it does I embrace it, accept it and enjoy it.
So why don't you kick back, enjoy the peace with me and let's allow our collective consciousness wash over the planet with thoughts of love, peace, forgiveness, and a spirit of unconditional generosity....and of course, for me personally, huge gratitude to my Creator.
Go on give it 10 mins and see how great you feel...
TRAINING
Same as monday in terms of exercising and weight. Had a great workout with a very positive mindset and attitude. I'm feeling good today with no pain..no medication needed.
NUTRITION
Whoa...1 cup (raw) oats with a protein shake for breakfast, and tuna, vegetables and 1.5 cups rice (cooked) for lunch...man am I full. + early morning protein shake.
Getting used to this is going to be interesting.
SUMMARY
Love conquers ALL.

Hiya Dougal! I've got a lot to catch up on on your blog. You're right about it being cool not having a millions of thoughts running, but since I just read a bunch of your posts back to back today, I can't help but have a billion thoughts running. lol
