My twenty week journey back to perfect health - ' THE SUPER CHALLENGE'

Week 3 Day 7

I received this from Shari http://becomefitatfifty.blogspot.com/today and I think it's brilliant.
Sunday, it's the perfect day to ' pay it forward '

I won an award, yoo hoo, see below. It's called the smile award

Wow Dougal! I just had time to read that you had an award for me and WHAT AN AWARD! Am so pleased...you just made my day. I feel very honored that you think highly of me and as you already know, you´ve been special to me from the very first. Maybe it´s because we´ve closer in age, or that feeling you get for a special friend. I do thank you for your generosity and hold it in high esteem! Muchas gracias!

Dougal, sorry I haven't been stopping by of late. I've had some personal issues that have been holding me back a bit on getting to blogs. I'm glad to see that you are as positive and uplifting as ever. I think of you every day and pray for you even more often than that.
