Week 2, Day 6

End of week 2...WOW

Cardio today went really well. Feeling fitter than I have for a long, long time. Finding I'm able to run harder each time I jump onto the mill.

Abs/ core training also done with care and persistance...am really looking forward to stripping that fat off my abs.

Ate clean today - 5 good meals.

Free day tomorrow and onto week 3. Can't wait.
