Hi Dougal,
I came back to check out your menu again, thinking I might try and copy you with that...like eating less than the MS gives me. By chance, I read your short blog on the VISION BOARD, and was so impressed, as am a great believer in the LofA. Debbie and I both talk about it all the time, and swear that the Universe brought us to this Adam Waters World...I think I just might buy that VB...and get it going. I have a corkboard right here by my PC, but haven´t begun using it, so that VisionBoard would just be perfect. Want to thank you for showing it to me.
BTW, you sure didn´t eat much today. Am a little daunted by my BF%, and want to get with this so can get it down, but I do mean DOWN. Any ideas for me? (the BF% is 40%..:-(( )

Lynda, good to have you visit, thank you. The vision board is such an amazing tool. You can input your own pics and places and integrate them into the board..then make print outs, have them as a screen saver, put them on your mobile..I mean it really is one of those "why didn't I think of that". Imagine not having to look for pics of things all over the place and cut them out any more. Whew.

I have no doubt that we are all together because we attracted it, no doubt.

Lynda, I'd be happy to help you with shedding body fat. A plan designed specifically for you etc if you wish. You must remember though, if you have been a yo yo dieter, you may have a very stubborn metabolism. In layman's terms, a metabolism that doesn't trust you. Until you have been eating really clean for a while your metabolism will remain sluggish until it says..Ok I'm getting fed regular healthy meals, I now trust my "owner" and I can start shedding fat. I had a girl client who ate perfectly for 7 weeks and nothing happened. Week 8 she lost 2 dress sizes and by week 12 she had a six pack. She came third in the world in the couple division of BFL. Check it out for yourself at http://www.body-for-life.co.za the link is at the bottom of the cover page on the word couples.

Hi Dougal,
I would love for your to help me with losing weight and BF! Have been doing MS now for 26 days, and haven´t messed up once, but have only lost 6 pounds. A little change, but expected more considering what am eating and exercising.

Tell me what I have to do to have your help?
Lynda

Lynda, I'd be happy to help but 6lbs in 26 days is actually a good thing. Any more than 2lbs per week and you are losing muscle which you don't want to do. Hang in a while longer and let's see how it goes before I start meddling. Slower fat loss is much better than fast muscle loss. Remember your in this for life. Don't forget how long it's taken you to get to where you decided to change your life style.
