Day 12 DDS


Nutrition


6.30am Protein/water/oats/yoghurt ff Water

9.30am protein/water water

12.30pm protein/banana/peanut butter smoothy water

4.00pm pre training protein shake water

6.00pm TRAIN CREATINE/WATER

6.45pm protein/2 bananas/water

8.00pm 2 x cracker bread/ff cottage cheese/sliced beef water


Training


all 3 x 12 supersets with 30 secs rest between both sets


chins

side raises


wide grip pull downs

dumbell Chek press


towel bicep curls.

Hi Dougal, I saw your other blog and your picture with Porter Freeman. Last year I attended the BFL Awards Dinner in Columbus, Ohio and saw the winners come up on stage to receive their prizes. Porter Freeman was there along with many past winners. It was very inspirational.

Hi Dougal,
Was just checking thru what you are eating....and wondered: What is that protein you mention when you say protein/oats/ff yogurt etc? Is that protein powder? Are those egg whites? Do you eat shakes quite a lot?
Anyway, can see that you are surely doing it right! This week am going to hit it hard and was even thinking of copying you for one day and see how it goes. You can´t beat perfection.

Another killer workout!! Thanks for all the advice you have been dropping into your comments lately, it's all being absorbed?

Question on your meal plans, when you are stating protein is that a shake or "real" as it looks like you are taking in most of your calories from supplements rather than food, is this correct?

Lynda, Andrew, Hi, yes you're right. Most of my calories are from Protein Powder. I'm doing some experimenting right now which actually changes tomorrow to much more whole food....watch this space. Thanks on the game bud,maybe you'll be lucky enough to get Jake White.
