Week Ten, Day 3

RTP GROUP SHRED, DAY 13

Already......just shows me that whether we commit to something or whether we don't the time is going to pass anyway....so why not do it properly.

This shred has also confirmed how easy it is to get into good habits if you make an absolute commitment to accountability.

The pictures are the key. The camera doesn't lie. You ain't going to get away with it for very long if you are piously announcing to the world how righteous you are when behind the camera you are smashing blueberry pie into your face every day now are you.

As for me.....my training is going really well. Am training harder than I've ever trained before....my eating is super clean and well structured and I'm drinking a lot of water.

Now please excuse me, my key lime pie is waiting.

Dougal, you look fantastic! You should post more about the workouts you are using because they are working!

Very funny! Mmm. Key lime pie. BTW, I just "got" why you told me what the definition of Salamat Po was. Thank you for visiting my website. I know how slow your Internet connection is so it's an even BIGGER deal to me.

BTW, I know it was just a little comment, but it really made me smile so much when you said you'd be happy to have me on your kickball team. :) The little kid in me was all, yeah we could be on Dougal's team AND WIN. haha Let's just say, when it came to kickball as a kid, I played a mean violin. :)

Sheesh, I've gone several posts without commenting on how awesome you look. Well it just goes to show just how amazing your mind and spirit IS in order to overshadow your THAT body. ;)

Looking very, oh so very good.

Michael, thanks man, I'm really happy with my progress. I don't think it's so much the workouts but the blog and the pics that help me keep 100% on track. There's nothing special about me.

Christy,Kumusta po, it's a pleasure. I think it's a great idea(web site) and I know you'll do well from it. You have a great sense of humour (violin) And thank you for your very kind words about my transformation, you make me feel like a giant.

Hey Dougal,

A great series of posts my friend. You are dissapearing very quickly!!! This whole process workouts / blogging / photos is worning!! I a particularly liked your post on getting up at 4.15 am. I was up at 5.30 am yesterday, not feeling great bodily wise but still be happy even though I was going to work, stepping out into the crisp morning sea air and driving to work, gradually watching the sun rise and the seeing the mist between the trees, it's so beautiful. We really have so many things to be thankful for.

Thanks so much for the advice about not training. I was not aware of the severity even though I have no plans to get going until I feel completely better.

You take care mate,

Andrew
